Securitas Direct organized an exclusive incentive trip to reward its top-performing employees — four days of activities, excursions and unforgettable moments in the vibrant coastal town of Saïdia, Morocco. Around 1,000 attendees flew in from various cities across Spain.
The client was looking for full-scale entertainment coordination throughout the entire incentive trip — from airport departures to the final evening in Morocco. The goal: create shared experiences that encouraged team bonding, brought energy to each stage of the journey, and made the trip truly unforgettable.
That included in-flight entertainment, beach and poolside activities, and evening shows.
We designed a 360º entertainment plan tailored to the spirit of the group.
We presented a custom dossier full of ideas: ice-breaking games on the plane, interactive challenges during transfers, poolside team dynamics, and nighttime performances that brought each day to a perfect close.
Our aim was simple: turn every moment of the trip into a space for connection, laughter, and shared memories — strengthening the team spirit of Securitas Direct.
